Our DAG oil powder is a micro-encapsulated oil in a free-flowing powder form with DAG oil which is made from Flaxseed oil or Camellia seed oil. It is spray dried with Resistant Dextrin and is intended for dry formulations like Diet foods,select functional food products,Meal Shakes and can also be used in bakery type applications.
